What can you help us move?
We review courses, documents, media, question content and learner access as part of the migration scope. What can be imported directly depends on your source exports, permissions and target structure.
Can learner progress be transferred?
Sometimes, but it requires a source-data review and a reliable mapping to the new course. We confirm feasibility and limitations before promising historical progress transfer.
Will our old platform be copied exactly?
No. The aim is a working PrepOS learning experience. Layouts, custom code, interactions and automations may need rebuilding or a different approach.
How long does a migration take?
Timing depends on content volume, export quality, access rules and review rounds. We agree the scope and milestones before the move; there is no universal one-day or zero-downtime promise.
What happens to subscriptions and integrations?
These are reviewed separately. Existing billing and access must remain coherent, and any integration or subscription change needs an explicit plan rather than being treated as a simple content import.
