How are active students counted?
Core includes 500 monthly active students and 5 team seats. Growth includes 2,000 and 15. Enterprise capacity is agreed in your quote. A unique student who accesses learning content in a calendar month counts once, even across several courses. Inactive accounts and marketing-page visitors do not count. Logged-in free learning counts; public diagnostic campaigns are scoped separately.
Do I need to upgrade for teaching features?
No. The listed teaching tools are included on every plan. Higher plans increase capacity or change support arrangements. Licensed content, custom development, AI usage and hands-on services have their own agreed scope.
What about seasonal peaks or more than 2,000 students?
Additional capacity can be quoted without requiring an Enterprise service agreement. Discuss expected peak months with us before onboarding. Extra capacity is not an automatic, unlimited allowance or a published per-student overage rate.
Are setup and migration included?
Your subscription covers the platform and the support listed for your plan. Hands-on setup, content production and migration are optional, separately quoted services available with every plan. Deliverables, source materials and review rounds are agreed before work starts.
Are AI and video usage unlimited?
AI, storage and media allowances, and any additional charges, are agreed in writing before onboarding. They are not unlimited.
How does annual billing work?
Core and Growth are annual platform subscriptions, not first-year launch packages. Implementation is quoted separately. Existing customers keep the terms of their signed agreement; this page does not change an existing contract.
Does Enterprise include an uptime guarantee?
Only if it is explicitly included in your signed service agreement. Capacity, support hours, response times, escalation and any SLA are scoped and priced together. The public plan does not promise automatic 24/7 support or a fixed uptime percentage.
Can I start immediately online?
We currently onboard academies through a conversation. Choose a plan to send an enquiry; we confirm fit, usage and any implementation scope before you commit. This is not an instant checkout or an automatic subscription.
