Use groups to reflect your cohorts and teaching schedule. Review who belongs to each group and its connected courses, so the team can manage a class without treating every learner as a separate setup project.
- Bring a cohort into one group
- Review group members and teaching roles
- Check the group's course relationships
Check access from the learner's side.
A member record alone does not explain every entitlement. Review course access and its source, confirm the right groups, and check what the learner can open before you consider onboarding complete.
- Confirm membership and assigned roles
- Inspect group and course access
- Test with the intended learner account

Frequently asked questions
Can I invite learners into my space?
Yes. Member-management flows support adding and inviting people. Review the invitation setup and intended course or group access before sending invitations to your learners.
Can teachers and curators have different roles?
Yes. PrepOS distinguishes learner membership and staff roles. Check teacher and curator responsibilities at the appropriate space, group and course level rather than assuming one role grants every permission.
Can I organize learners into cohorts?
Yes. Groups can represent the cohorts or classes you teach. Manage their members and review the connected course relationships as part of your teaching setup.
Can I inspect a learner's course access?
Member tools include course-access review and editing. Check the source and scope of access, including relevant group or purchase relationships, before making a change.
Is archiving the same as deleting a person?
No. Member management includes archived-member views, but archiving, changing course access and deleting an account are different actions. Review the intended effect and data requirements before acting.
