Choose one recurring teaching question
Take a question your learners often ask. Prepare a short explanation and a follow-up exercise. Use this sequence to test the community and course experience in Circle and the proposed PrepOS setup.
Do not assume a community-centred product lacks course structure. Verify the current features and package directly.
Follow the answer back into the course
Post the question as a learner, respond as a teacher and link to the relevant material. Ask another learner to find that answer a week later. Check whether the explanation is easy to locate without rereading a long conversation.
Decide when a useful answer should become a maintained lesson or FAQ. Assign someone to update it when the original teaching material changes.
Include moderation and private help
Test who can see a post, who can remove inappropriate content and where a learner can ask a private question. Confirm that a private support exchange is not accidentally reused as public course material.
Compare the actual number of steps and ongoing moderation work. Circle may fit when its community-and-course workflow meets your requirements. Evaluate PrepOS when linking academic resources and practice is central. Neither platform’s activity metrics alone establish improved learning or retention.
