Start with your examination, teaching languages and students' actual devices. Evaluate content fidelity, reconnection and course access before making scale or offline-learning claims.
Specify the examination, not just the market
JEE, NEET and other preparation programmes have different teaching and assessment requirements. For NEET, use the official NTA examination site to locate the current bulletin rather than copying rules from an old LMS guide.
Keep your scoring rules, question types and course version explicit. A practice score is not an official rank prediction.
Test the devices your learners use
Ask a few representative learners to complete a small lesson using their normal phones and connections. Include an image, a worked explanation and a practice set. Record actual load failures and readability problems.
Interrupt the connection during practice. Check whether answers persist, whether a retry duplicates a submission and how clearly the interface explains the next step. Do not assume a mobile-friendly page works offline.
Separate language from subject accuracy
If you teach in multiple languages, review the question, options, units and explanation together. A translated interface does not translate the question bank. Assign a subject reviewer to each teaching language and test notation on the same devices.
Verify access and payment availability
Ask the provider to demonstrate the intended course-access flow and confirm the payment methods available for your existing business setup. Do not assume UPI, instalments or any other method is included merely because it is mentioned in a regional checklist.
Record the support route for an access problem. Test your process without making unnecessary real purchases.
Scale after the pilot
Agree expected concurrent learners, media usage and support coverage before accepting a quote. A small pilot checks usability, not capacity at examination-season peaks.
Use PrepOS practice features and launch packages to prepare the discussion. This guide is a PrepOS-authored checklist, not a provider ranking or a claim that every requested integration is currently available.
