Evaluate the second run, not only launch day
Maven is associated with cohort-based courses, but that label does not settle your requirements for assessment, branding or content reuse. Confirm the current instructor offering and terms directly.
Take an example four-week course and prepare a second run. List what should be shared, copied, rescheduled or archived.
Separate curriculum from cohort activity
Correct a shared explanation and check whether the change reaches the intended learners. Then change a session date for only the new group. Verify that the old cohort’s schedule does not change unexpectedly.
Keep private learner discussions and submitted work out of material copied into the next cohort. Review recordings before reusing them, especially when learners appear or contribute.
Check the gap between sessions
Have a learner complete preparation before a live class, miss a session and find the next appropriate task. Decide which support needs a teacher and which can be provided through maintained resources.
